Problem Statement

You are given a sequence A=(A1,A2,,AN)A = (A_1, A_2, \ldots, A_N) of length NN. For each K=0,1,2,,N1K = 0, 1, 2, \ldots, N-1, solve the following problem.

Find the number of integers ii between 11 and NN (inclusive) such that:

  • AA contains exactly KK distinct integers greater than AiA_i.
